Desiree Ates Promoted For Director To President — Overseeing Operations
Munz Media is proud to announce the recent promotion of Desiree Ates from Director of Operations to a new role as President of the company. Ms. Ates has demonstrated throughout her tenure with Munz an exemplary ability to manage both people and projects to the highest degree. Her managerial and coordination skills are among the best in the industry and have helped Munz Media rise to the upper echelon of mixed media production throughout markets in western Canada and beyond.
In this newly created role, Desiree will continue to manage the day-to-day operations of the entire company, including overseeing major projects, as well as human resource development of all kinds. Coming on the heels of the most successful year in the history of the company Munz is set to add to its success thanks to Ates’ ability to foster growth across all fronts. Under her watch, Munz has added to its personnel and profit lines exponentially, and these trajectories will be among the main focuses for Desiree moving forward. With 2022 off to a torrid start for the company, Ates has already made an impact by securing numerous high-priority photo and video undertakings to the Munz docket.
When asked recently what her goals were for the coming calendar year, Ms. Ates pointed to the continued bolstering of the bottom line, and subsequent additions to the human resource aspects of the company, citing an accelerated growth plans for the production and client management teams, and the acquisition of a new “future friendly” space as a base for the company, which has outgrown its previous location.
